Proto: Razorfish Global Creative Summit 2015
I was asked to concept and design an identity system for the 2015 Razorfish Global Creative Summit. The brief mentioned this year’s theme was focused on the culture of startups. After some research and sketching, I landed on “Proto;” a prefix that by definition means, ‘first’ or ‘precursor’ — and also a word that inherently has some nice geometry to work with. I worked the concept of ‘startup’ into the letterforms themselves, showing some letters partially complete.
